Why work with Sprout and Goose?
Sprout and Goose Travel works with curious travelers who value thoughtful planning, meaningful experiences, and a collaborative approach. We design leisure travel for individuals, families, multigenerational groups, and other groups who want travel that feels considered, well paced, and reflective of who they are.

Our work is grounded in global travel experience, careful listening, and the ability to ask the right questions early, matching people to places and experiences that reflect who they are and how they want to experience the world.

We believe great travel is built through engagement and trust over time. From planning and booking through travel itself and beyond, our role is to provide continuity, context, care, and support. This is not a one time transaction or a list of recommendations. It is an ongoing partnership that grows stronger as we learn more about you and your travel preferences.

If you are looking for a travel partner who values collaboration, curiosity, and thoughtful design, we would love to begin the conversation.

Why work with a Travel Advisor?
You need a travel advisor if...
You want a travel experience shaped around you

You are looking for travel that reflects how you like to move through the world, your interests, your pace, and the people you are traveling with. A travel advisor helps translate those preferences into a thoughtfully designed experience.
You feel overwhelmed with the information and options
Travel planning today comes with endless choices, opinions, and reviews. A travel advisor helps filter the noise, ask the right questions early, and narrow options so decisions feel clear rather than exhausting.
You do not have the time or headspace to plan well

Planning meaningful travel takes time and focus. When life is full, an advisor takes on the research, coordination, and logistics, allowing you to stay involved where it matters without carrying the full burden of planning.
You want confidence in the value of your investment

Travel is an investment of time, money, and energy. A travel advisor helps ensure your choices align with your priorities, so your budget is spent intentionally and your experience delivers real value.
Working with a travel advisor means continuity, context, care, and support throughout the planning process, while you travel, and if plans need to shift along the way. Your experience is elevated through thoughtful design and protected by having an informed advocate involved at every stage.

Travel, especially when shared with family or a group, is a meaningful investment of time, money, and energy. With expert guidance and careful planning, that investment is used intentionally. The result is travel that feels well considered, aligned with your priorities, elevated and protected from start to finish.

If this approach resonates with you, you may find working with Sprout and Goose Travel to be a valuable part of how you travel.
The Process - Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1
Initial Consult

Click the button on the bottom of this page to set up an initial consult so we can get to know each other and begin to understand your needs. You can also call or email using the contacts details below.

During our initial consult be prepared to discuss:
-
Ideas you have about your current trip.
-
What trips have you taken before, which were your favorite and why?
-
Which trips were your least favorite and why?
-
Who will be travelling and do they have any special needs?
-
When do you intend to travel?
-
What are your special interests and must haves?

After our initial consultation you will be asked to fill out a 'Traveler Details Form' for each person traveling.
Step 2
Itinerary Presentation and Booking
Once we have all the details, we'll work our magic to create your perfect itinerary. You can expect a follow-up presentation with itinerary options within a couple of weeks. If you need a quicker turnaround, please specify your timeframe during the initial consultation.

After reviewing the itinerary options, you’ll have the choice to book immediately or request adjustments.

Once you approve your itinerary, you will provide your payment details using our secure authorization platform. After which, we’ll proceed with booking your itinerary and will follow up with your confirmations and travel documents.

Step 3
Support Before, During, and After Travel
Before Travel: Many trips are booked months, sometimes even over a year, in advance. During the time between booking and departure, you can expect periodic check-ins from us to ensure you are fully prepared for the trip.

More importantly, you can reach out to us anytime via text, email, or phone call if you have questions or concerns about your trip. We’re here to support you throughout the entire experience.

During Travel: We want to promise that your trip will be perfect in every way, and we truly believe it will be. However, we all know that sometimes things beyond our control can go wrong. While we can’t control the weather or any other unforeseen interruption, we will be here to help you adjust your plans in the unfortunate event that it’s needed.

Additionally, we encourage you to stay in touch, share pictures, or give us a call anytime to celebrate the amazing time you’re having!

After Travel: Once you’re back home and settled, we’d love to have a brief follow-up to welcome you back and gather feedback on your trip. Your feedback will help us craft an even better experience for you next time.
The Fees
Sprout and Goose Travel charges professional planning fees based on the scope and complexity of each trip. These fees reflect the time, expertise, and personalized attention required to design thoughtful, well considered travel.

Planning fees are discussed and set during the complimentary trip consultation and are due before planning activities begin. This ensures clarity around scope and support before any work starts.

No elements of a trip are booked until the proposed itinerary has been reviewed and approved by the lead traveler. All bookings are made only with explicit authorization.

Partner Designed Travel
For established travel programs, including cruises and guided tours, a $200 planning fee applies and is due before planning begins.

Custom Designed Travel
For custom designed itineraries, planning fees start at $350, with the final fee determined by trip length, number of travelers, destinations, and overall complexity. Custom itineraries require extensive research, coordination, and thoughtful design, often involving multiple suppliers and moving parts. While this approach offers greater flexibility and personalization and, in many cases, better overall value than established travel programs, it also requires a significant investment of time and expertise. Your planning fee reflects the level of work involved and will be clearly outlined and confirmed before planning begins.

Additional Service Fees

Additional service fees may apply for airline ticketing, last minute bookings, itinerary changes, or cancellations. All applicable fees are communicated in advance.
